Piedras Blancas Lighthouse Tour - 9:45
Tours are offered Monday through Saturday from June 15 - August 31st. No reservations needed for groups less than 10 people. No tours offered on federal holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.) $10 adults, $5 ages 6-17, no fee for ages 5 and under. Tours last about 2 hours and include a 1/2 mile of easy walking. Visitors meet at 9:45 a.m. at the former Piedras Blancas Motel located 1.5 miles north of the light station on Highway 1. Do not wait at the gate to the light station! Wheelchairs and strollers are available upon request. No pets. Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Cambria Follies...unparalleled entertainment! The dazzling, incomparable Cambria Follies returns with 5 performances of an all new show premiering August 27th. Tickets will go on sale August 1 at 9AM in front of the Chamber 767 Main St. Subsequently, all ticket sales will be at the Chamber. Demand will be high for this well loved spectacular so be sure to get your tickets early. Ticket prices are $35 and $25 for reserved seats. General admission is $15. Performances will be August 27-28-29-30-31. Don't want to wait for Aug. 1st and want to skip the line, right now you may buy Angel Packages directly from Peggy (927-7131). Remember The Follies is a fundraiser for the Lions Club of Cambria so the money goes to support local scholarships and charities. There are Angel seats at each performance. Our Angels donate $200 for their package of the 2 best seats in the house, 2 glasses of wine, an invitation to the cast party, and acknowledgement in the show program. The Pinedorado Parade will be on Main Street Aug. 30st, 2014. The parade will start promptly at 9:30 am at Main and Bridge Street and end at Main and Windsor.
