September 11th Memorial Service “Mourning Our Loss, Celebrating Our Heroes” Join the Sons of the American Legion at 6:30pm at the Vet’s Hall to remember the losses and heroic acts of that tragic day in 2001. In addition to patriotic songs and words of inspiration, representatives of the Sheriff’s Department, Fire Department and Ambulance Service will help us remember the ultimate sacrifice of their New York counterparts. We will also have a traditional ‘candle lighting’ ceremony that will give the public the opportunity to show their own gratitude for the services provided by these people.
